“White Design” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Soft, fine and elegant, fine balsamic vinegar is produced with selected raw materials, aged in 12bottles of cherry and mulberry from 60 to 20 liters. Aged in cherry and mulberry barrels that give softness, it has 6% acidity, and has a sweet and fine taste with a very integrated acidity.
Medium density. Very soft and elegant taste, fine and delicate perfume. Matching with: omelettes, omelettes and risottos, gourmet salads. It goes well with fish, seafood appetizers, grilled shellfish, white meats. It is a Chemical Free artisanal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained without: caramel, dyes, gum Arabica, artificial flavoring substances. NO Added Sulphites.
INGREDIENTS: Cooked must of Lambrusco grapes (15%), Trebbiano montanaro (30%) and Trebbiano di Spagna (15%) and aged wine vinegar.
