Salsiccia Casertana (sausage) is a typical product from Caserta, made from prime meat such as ham, shoulder and belly of the Italian national heavy pig. The coarse minced meat flavoured with fennel gives the sausage a strong flavour. Fruit of a secret recipe of the Rosotta charcuterie.
