Cascina Belvedere Instant polenta is prepared according to traditional recipes, dosing high quality dehydrated vegetables and herbs with the best Italian and GMO-free instant corn flour. Our specialities are refined in taste and quick to prepare. Preservative-free and glutamate-free.
Instant polenta differs from traditional polenta mainly in its cooking time. PREPARATION: Let 1,2 liters of water boil and salt it. Slowly pour the contents of this pack stirring and being careful to avoid lumps. Mix with high fire until it thickens. Take away from fire after 5 minutes and serve it hot. Add Parmesan cheese according to taste. Attention: if you want to change the consistency of the polenta, please modify the quantity of the water.
INGREDIENTS: precooked corn flour 96%, porcini mushrooms 4% (Baletus Edulis).
