Bio Mashrooms Polenta
Polenta is the traditional peasant dish of Northern Italy par excellence. Our range combines the practicality of preparation with the pleasure of enjoying a product made with natural and carefully chosen ingredients, so that one of the oldest recipes of the Italian culinary tradition can be brought to the table in just a few minutes.
PREPARATION: Let 1,2 liters of water boil and salt it. Slowly pour the contents of this pack stirring and being careful to avoid lumps. Mix with high fire until it thickens. Take away from fire after 5 minutes and serve it hot. Add Parmesan cheese according to taste. Attention: if you want to change the consistency of the polenta, please modify the quantity of the water.
INGREDIENTS: precooked corn flour 96%, porcini mushrooms 4% (Baletus Edulis)
