Bio Traditional Polenta
Instant polenta is a quick-cooking dish based on the traditional polenta, typical of northern Italy and of rather ancient and poor origins. It is in fact a dish invented by peasants in times of famine but which is still quite popular today.
Instant polenta differs from traditional polenta mainly in its cooking time. Traditional Polenta goes very well with butter, soft cheeses and dishes that contain a lot of sauce, generally stewed meats.
PREPARATION: Let 1,2 liters of water boil and salt it. Slowly pour the contents of this pack stirring and being careful to avoid lumps. Mix with high fire until it thickens. Take away from fire after 5 minutes and serve it hot. Add Parmesan cheese according to taste. Attention: if you want to change the consistency of the polenta, please modify the quantity of the water.
INGREDIENTS: precooked corn flour.
