Bio Instant Flour BioPizza Spelt
Instant-rising Organic Pizza blend with Spelt flour. Antico Molino Rosso has created a spelt flour mixed with instant yeast, which will allow you to reduce preparation time because the pizza rises as it cooks.
It is a product created with the aim of satisfying the many intolerances to yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), easy and quick to make, with completely recyclable packaging.
BIO PIZZA RECIPE:
Preheat the oven to 250°C (480 F). In a bowl pour the BioPizza mix, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 10g of salt and 300ml of water. Mix everything and let rest for 15 minutes. Keep kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and spread it in an oiled pan. Season with tomato purée and bake for 10 minutes. Add the mozzarella and other ingredients to taste and finish cooking for another 5-7 minutes
INGREDIENTS: spelt white flour, corn starch, cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate) and baking soda.
