“Grey Design” Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Spicy and Aromatic, fine balsamic vinegar is produced with selected raw materials, aged in 16 Juniper bottles from 60 to 20 liters.
Aged in Juniper barrels that give spiciness and aroma, it has an acidity of 6%, and has a strong and persistent taste with a very integrated acidity.
Medium-high density: strong, spicy, aromatic taste. Pairing with all game preparations, game and roasts in general, on spicy or spicy cheeses.
It is a Chemical Free artisanal Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained without: caramel, dyes, gum Arabica, artificial flavoring substances.
NO Added Sulphites.
INGREDIENTS: cooked must of Lambrusco grapes (30%), Ancellotta (30%) and wine vinegar aged in oak (60%).
