Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Terre di Giumara is an extra virgin olive oil extracted from olives grown in the heart of the Belice Valley where the Nocellara del Belice variety finds its highest expression. The olive groves extend over about 14 hectares with a total number of 3600 trees all in production.
The olives are harvested by hand: the "maniacal" care and dedication, also included in the milling, strictly at controlled temperature, give the success of this valuable product.
Slightly cloudy, obtained by natural decanting (unfiltered), medium-high fluidity and intense green. Fruity of green olive, very fragrant and fresh, slightly spicy on the palate, barely perceptible bitterness and hints of green tomato, artichoke, citrus and almond, balanced and harmonious. Clear scent of green olive.
