Black Summer Truffle Slices
Black summer truffle preserved in slices in olive oil retains its characteristic aroma. It is a simple but important product, as it can be a good substitute for fresh truffles with the advantage that it can be used all year round.
Immediately ready for use, whole slices of black summer truffle can be sprinkled in the desired quantity together with the oil in which they are immersed directly on tagliatelle with meat sauce, on baked lasagne or on first courses in general.
