160 anni (2016) is the best grapes of Gaglioppo, handly selected, are left to dry on mats until the end of November and then their skins macerate with wine made from freshly harvestedgrapes.
The resulting wines are blended together. It follows an ageing in oak barrels for more than 1 year.
