Alberto, passionate about good food since his childhood, moved abroad in 2005, gaining experience in the gastronomy field. During this journey he got to know Aniello Cuda, restaurateur and chef de cuisine of the restaurant "Due Galli Osteria" in Merl.
The two began to collaborate in 2013 when Aniello was looking for a chef de salle for the new restaurant “L’Altro”. That is when Alberto and Aniello started working together.
The collaboration allowed them to share a strong passion for food and wine, experimenting with dishes, flavours and touring Italy for food fairs, looking for new contacts with producers and discovering best products.
Their research lasted years and one day, in Parma, during a ham tasting, they started to think of a way to propose and transmit their passion for food and wine to their adopted country, Luxembourg.
A new project
with the same passion
They created an online shop that would allow to promote their culture and knowledge, choosing to deal directly with the producers, without any intermediary, choosing and selecting only the realities where the respect for raw material is the order of the day.
The highest quality fresh and natural ingredients are the foundation of their approach. The imported Italian food is grown naturally, produced with traditional methods and packaged fresh in Italy which makes it easy to cook healthy and flavourful dishes.
Everything they do is done with love and passion, firmly believing in what they do and hoping to get straight to the heart of people who appreciate good Italian quality as they do.
